We have designed our platform so that, in the event of a server failure, a second server absorbs the failed server's workload instantly. For example, you are protected from lost emails due to mail server failure when another server automatically comes online, already configured, to take over the work of the failed server. There is no lag time between this takeover.

In addition, we store all of your data in two large network disk arrays, with synchronisation between the arrays. If one array fails, the remaining array continues to send data to the servers, again with no downtime!
